Terms of Service

By accessing or using Inner Edge Advisor (the "Service"), operated by PitchTank, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

Inner Edge Advisor is a structured reasoning and advisory platform designed for executive coaches, C-suite leaders, fractional executives, and strategic advisors. The Service provides access to AI-assisted reasoning frameworks grounded in Systems Thinking, Behavioral Psychology, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, and Philosophy. The Service is intended to augment and support professional judgment, not to replace it.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for professional use by individuals operating in business, coaching, or advisory capacities.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription at the rate of $297 per month, or such other pricing as may be published on the Service from time to time. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive; to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, frameworks, or proprietary logic of the Service; to resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent; or to input content that violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

All content, frameworks, reasoning structures, interface designs, and proprietary methodologies made available through the Service are the exclusive property of PitchTank, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Content you input into the Service ("User Content") remains your property. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license solely to operate and deliver the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not use it to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Service is designed to support professional reasoning and decision-making; it does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on outputs from the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PitchTank, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
